Your recommendations and actions will need to embrace the principles of equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) whilst balancing the needs and considerations, such as profit, ethics and sustainability, of a variety of stakeholders. Your unique professional identity will be honed through a process of reflective thinking whilst you actively recommend, make and justify business decisions.
