You will examine and evaluate quality improvement initiatives within midwifery and nursing practice. By examining leadership theories, models, frameworks, and styles that support woman and person-centred care, you will evaluate the leadership roles of midwives and nurses in preparation for future healthcare practice. You will also demonstrate clinical competence by aligning your practice with the NMBA Midwife Standards for Practice, the Code of Conduct for Midwives, and the ICM International Code of Ethics for Midwives.
