You will learn about common risks inherent to the paramedic role, and will learn self-protection strategies. Further to this, you will learn about professional communication strategies with a specific focus on the theoretical and practical aspects of health communication. You will also be introduced to the concepts and rationale guiding the principles of by-stander cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
