The reality for all our graduates is that they are competing in a global employment market and whether they find themselves in local, national or international organisations these will all be multi-cultural environments. The capacity to successfully navigate the complexities of culturally different environments is a signature capability of an Arts graduate. These units are designed to specifically address the development of our students’ capabilities. Professional Experience Through industry internships and placements, create networks and skills for your career development. Professional experiences allow you to start activating your knowledge in real world scenarios. It aids you to see your learning in an employment context. Innovation Capability Cultivate an innovation mindset as you develop your creative and enterprising abilities. These units offer you the opportunity to understand and build innovation capabilities and enterprising skills.
