Are you seeking to strengthen your future or current career progression, enhance your management knowledge, and develop your skills to implement major behavioural and systematic sustainability-focused changes? This double master's degree will prepare you with the skills required to practice in organisational environments, in relation to the Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME), and will complement this skillset with interdisciplinary behavioural and systemic approaches to create lasting positive impact. You will develop multi-faceted approaches to internal and external strategy; leadership, management, and collaborative work; and the ability to design and implement projects to advance organisational and societal change in roles across a range of sectors and bring about sustainable futures. The course is suitable for those who occupy or aspire to management positions in business, government, community, service and non-profit organisations. It's designed to provide you with a comprehensive, intellectually demanding and up-to-date understanding of human resource management theory and change-oriented theories from behavioural psychology and economics, social and political sciences, with a practice-based approach on how to apply them to address the grand challenges of our time.
Structure
You must complete 48 credit points, including all of the requirements in Part A and B, for the Master of Management.
You must complete 48 credit points, including all of the requirements in Part A, for the Master of Behaviour and Systemic Change. Note: ENS5530 cannot be taken in the double degree with the Master of Management. You must complete either BEX5411 or APG5367 in Part A.
