Hi everyone, I’m Lerika. I’m really looking forward to being your adviser this semester. I’m currently completing my Master of Business, majoring in Marketing and Sustainability, and I know firsthand how exciting – and sometimes overwhelming – university can feel. I care a lot about creating a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, or even just saying “I’m not sure what I’m doing.” You don’t have to have everything figured out – that’s what this journey is for. If you ever need guidance, clarity, or just someone to talk things through with, I’m always here. I love staying active, exploring new places to eat, and having meaningful conversations about goals, growth, and where life is heading. Hi, I’m Pristal Dsouza! I’m an international student studying business.I know exactly how it feels to be new; new country, new campus, new cultures all around. It can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time.I’m an athlete playing baseball for Monash, a big reader, and I write informational pieces for Esperanto Magazine and Mojo News. When I’m not on campus or at training, you’ll find me into minimalism and sustainability always looking for simple ways to live better.
