Selecting your specialisation

Most Engineering students will need to select a specialisation. The timing of your selection will depend on the type of degree you’re doing, and when you entered your course. We’ve put together some information to help you through the selection process.

Masters students and students enrolled the following undergraduate courses are allocated their specialisation when they first enrol:

  • BE(Hons) in Biomedical Engineering
  • BE(Hons)/BArchDes – Civil Engineering

  • BE(Hons)/BPharmSc – Chemical Engineering.
