What to Expect on the Day

Meet & Greet: Walk the floor, browse employer booths, and start conversations at your own pace — no rigid queues, no pressure.

Premium Employer Interview Rooms: Selected employers will conduct on-the-spot interview sessions in dedicated rooms.

Coffee, On Us: Pre-register for the fair and enjoy a complimentary coffee while you explore — brewed fresh, on us, while stocks last.

Register online. It only takes a minute.

Show up on the day — 18 August, 10:00 AM at The HIVE, Building 7, Level 4.

Come prepared — bring a few copies of your resume and your questions for employers.

Do I need to register in advance?

Yes. Pre-registration is required and also gets you access to the complimentary coffee perk.

Is this only for final-year students?

1. No. The fair is open to students at any stage, exploring internships, graduate roles, or simply researching future career paths.

What should I bring?

1. A few printed copies of your resume, a notebook, and an open mind. Business casual attire is recommended.

Would only bringing my digital resume be fine?

Yes, that is fine too.

Will there be interview opportunities on the day?

1. Yes. Selected premium employers will conduct on-the-spot interviews or interview simulations in dedicated rooms located near the venue.

Is the fair open to alumni, or only current students?

1. The fair is open to all current students and Monash alumni.

What industries will be represented?

1. Banking & finance, fintech, and insurance are confirmed so far, with more industries joining as additional employers are announced.

Will there be resume reviews or workshops before the fair?

A pre-fair resume review session is being planned.

Is there a dress code?

Business casual is recommended.

Can I attend if I haven't registered in advance?

Yes, but you will be requested to register on the day.

How many companies are attending in total?

15 organisation.
