Join us for the 1st International Conference on Food As Medicine (ICFAM 2026)

The 1st International Conference on Food as Medicine (ICFAM 2026), organised by the Food as Medicine (FAM) Research Strength, Monash University Malaysia, provides a platform for researchers from around the world to share the latest advancements in their scientific work. The conference aims to highlight the critical role of food in health by showcasing cutting-edge research on how diet and specific foods can help prevent, manage, and even treat chronic diseases. Emphasis will be placed on evidence-based approaches to using food as a therapeutic tool. We aim to foster interdisciplinary collaboration by bringing together healthcare professionals, researchers, nutritionists, dietitians, stakeholders, and policymakers to exchange knowledge on how food can complement or serve as an alternative to conventional medical treatments. We warmly invite you to take this opportunity to join the two-day conference and post-conference workshop at our main campus. We look forward to welcoming you!
