General Studies - please ensure that you have completed the General Studies requirements. No, our office does not send out emails about that. WES needs to be checked periodically within the 10 working days after the release of results.
After your final semester results are released, the School will need to verify that you've have completed all the course requirement before formally marking you as course 'Completed' on your WES record. Once your course status on WES record changed you can apply to request for the Course completion letter, transcript and certificate through the Student Services Department. The office will be completing all student who are eligible for graduation within the 10 working days after release of results. Kindly give it some time and you can periodically check WES to see your status. Once your status is COMPLETED, you will need to apply for graduation through WES. If you have any questions pertaining to the official documents or graduation related matters, please contact our Student Services department Malaysia campus at mum.studentadmin@monash.edu
You must notify us at least six weeks before your graduation round. To defer your graduation to a later round, log into the Web Enrolment System (WES) and click View/Update graduation application. You'll receive a hard copy of your award certificate (testamur), and you'll also receive official digital versions of all three graduation documents through My eQuals: *Award certificate, *Academic record (transcript), *Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)
