When will the re-enrolment for the Year 2024 start?

The re-enrolment for the Year 2024 will start from Monday, 9 October to 24 November 2023.

Should I enrol for Semesters 1 & 2, 2024?

Yes, you must complete your enrolment for Semester 1 & 2 during the re-enrolment period for the Year 2024.

If Sem 1, 2024 is my final semester, am I required to enrol for Sem 2, 2024?

If Semester 1, 2024 is your final semester, you are not required to enrol for Semester 2, 2024.

I am considering doing an exchange in the Year 2024, should I re-enrol?

You must enrol in the Monash Malaysia campus unit during the re-enrolment period. If your exchange application is approved, you will be notified to update it to the exchange unit through WES.

Can I still enrol late if I miss the re-enrolment deadline?

Saturday, 25 November 2023, the Re-enrolment (late): begins for Year 2024. A late fee of RM200 applies.

If you do not re-enrol within the late re-enrolment period you risk losing your place on your course.

What should I refer to when planning my course progression and re-enrolment?

You should refer to the Monash handbook because it contains all your course requirements, you can view the previous year’s handbooks, list of units, the course progression maps sample, detailed teaching periods, and other course information to check your course requirements.

How do I find the contact information for my unit’s Chief Examiners?

Please refer to the handbook for the email of the unit Chief Examiners.

Can I change my major / minor at this time?

Please check your Course plan in advance if you are changing your major / minor at this time. If possible, you can follow the change plan.

I am not able to change my Major/Minor on WES?

Please email to Askmira through Monash Connect using your Monash student email address for assistance.

How do I check my Course plan and Course progression is accurate?

Please refer to the unit schedule Monash handbook, read the Course Map planning guide, and use the Course Map tool to check for yourself whether you meet the program requirements to graduate or not. School of Business students should not use Monplan.

Can I enrol for Semester 1, 2024 first and Semester 2, 2024 later?

You can only submit your enrolment through WES if you have completed the enrolment for Semesters 1 & 2, 2024.

I have checked but I can’t submit enrolment through WES?

Please fill out the Enrolment Amendment form via and attach the screenshot of the error message. Please ensure you meet the application deadline and your application is subject to approval. Incomplete applications will be rejected.

I am planning to apply for intermission in the Year 2024. How do I apply?

You must complete re-enrolment for Semester 1 & 2, Year 2024, during the re-enrolment period, after which you can apply for intermission.

Will I be allowed to change my unit enrolment after the Re-enrolment period?

Yes, students can change unit enrolment via WES in the allocated period from December/January onwards

Can I change my unit enrolment after my results are published?

Yes, students can change unit enrolment through WES during the allocated period after the release of results in December 2023 onwards.

How do I check my fees ?
