Assurance of Learning

Our Assurance of Learning process monitors where these competencies are developed and assessed in each course, measures student attainment of the competencies, and informs continuous improvement of the curriculum.

What is Assurance of Learning (AoL)?

AoL refers to the systematic processes and assessment plans in place to ensure that you, as learners, achieve the competencies outlined in our accredited business degree programs. These processes involve both direct measures (such as exams and assignments) and indirect measures (such as employer and alumni surveys) to assess your progress and ensure continuous improvement.

Why is this Important?

The results of our AoL work directly influence curricular and process improvements, ensuring that your educational experience is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the industry and the expectations of our stakeholders. As students in our business programs, you can be confident that your education is backed by robust processes aimed at ensuring your success.
