Undergraduate and Postgraduate (Coursework)

The Monash University Malaysia July 2020 intake period commences Monday, 3 August. Malaysian students and international students should note their important dates for application and enrolment deadlines.

We list the common pre-university qualifications for our courses at the bottom of the page.

Applying for credit

If you are applying for credit for previous studies or with new qualification, submit your application as early as possible and no later than the application deadline. If you apply for credit at a later stage you may find some difficulties and delays with the enrolment process.

Acceptance of offer and enrolment

Offer lapse datePlease refer to your offer letter for the applicable offer lapse date.
How to accept your offerTo accept your offer, submit your acceptance form together with the initial required payment by the offer lapse date. Students who fail to accept the offer by the offer lapse date will be required to re-apply for the next available intake.
Course enrolment deadlinePlease refer to Let’s Begin for course enrolment information. 14 August 2020 is the last day for change (without penalty) of course or units.

International students

The following dates apply to both:

  • international – transferring students: those who are currently studying/have studied in Malaysia and have a student pass
  • international – new students: those who have never studied in Malaysia before.
