🎓 Postgraduate Semester Exchange (SE) program

Welcome to the Postgraduate Semester Exchange (SE) program guide. This program allows Monash students to study at another Monash partner universities while completing their course at Monash Malaysia.

What is needed?

  • Checklist:✅ Tip: Save your elective units for your exchange semester. Electives are easier to find abroad and offer a wider range of options compared to IT core units.
  • ⚠️ Reminder:International students must enrol in at least 24 CP. If enrolling in 18 CP, confirm that the host university allows this and inform the School via AskMira. The School will advise on the next steps.
  • Submit your CPP at least 7 working days prior to the SE Deadline

  • International Exchange (IE) is generally not recommended for July intake students due to unit availability and prerequisite requirements, particularly for FIT5237. Students commencing in July are encouraged to explore Global Intercampus Program (GIP) opportunities instead.
