Welcome to the OHSE Monash Malaysia Contractor Management System and Induction Program.
Monash University is committed to the safety and wellbeing of our customers and those operating in and around our buildings. To help promote safer worksites and improve the system efficiency for contractors and our building management teams, we are transitioning to a new contractor management system, SINE.
Contractors will sign in on the new contractor kiosks at the main entrance when arriving on campus. All contractors will be required to sign up for Sine and complete their OHSE induction. Current company registrations have been moved over to Sine to ensure a seamless experience for our regular vendors.
Should you need to complete an induction, you can do so online by clicking the link below. All contractors must be inducted prior to commencing work on site. In response to Covid-19, many University buildings now have restricted access.
Contractor registration and induction - Select this option if you are a contractor providing physical services to the university.
If your company is not registered, please contact us by emailing our OHSE team (Muhammad.Afdzal@monash.edu) for company registration.
If you have any questions, the Security Helpdesk team can be contacted by phone at +603 5514 6333 from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
Contractors with no valid OHSE inductions on Sine will not be allowed to access the campus
