Ask a question
If you have a question about our University Health Services, send an email to nurse.help@monash.edu (this is a dedicated email address that will only be seen by our nursing team). Just remember, we can only provide general health information and advice. If the matter is urgent or serious, you should call our triage nurse for help or book a medical appointment.
Making a complaint
If you're dissatisfied with our service, you can contact the Director of University Health Services’ by emailing uhs-director@monash.edu.
We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve them fairly, and as quickly as we can.
The Health Complaints Commissioner
If you remain dissatisfied with our response, you can contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC responds to complaints about health services and the handling of health information in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential and impartial.
To lodge a complaint with the HCC:
- submit a complaint form, or
- call 1300 582 113 during business hours to discuss your complaint.
