Got an error message in WES?

WES will stop you enrolling in a unit if it looks like you haven’t met all of your faculty’s course and unit requirements.

If you get an error message:

  1. write it down or take a screenshot
  2. delete the unit from the enrolment form
  3. click SUBMIT ENROLMENT
  4. make sure you get a transaction number.

Next you should check that you meet all of your course and unit requirements – you’ll find these in the Handbook.

If you don’t meet the requirements, you need to choose some other unit/s. You may want to get course advice.

If you do meet the requirements, complete your enrolment for all your other units. Then message us through MoVA for help with any unit/s that gave an error message.

Didn't find what you need?

Submit an enquiry through MoVA explaining what you’re trying to do in WES and your issue. Be sure to attach screenshots so we can see exactly what’s happening. You can also submit an enquiry if you run into trouble during re-enrolment – we'll sort it out for you. Remember, if you re-enrol late, you’ll owe a late fee.
