Total program fee: $2500 AUD. Travel grants may be available from Monash Abroad for those meeting eligibility criteria.
Program fee deposit: $1250 AUD non refundable deposit payable within 72 hours of receiving an offer to secure your place.
Program fee balance: $1250 AUD payable 19 April 2026.
Program fee includes:
- Single room accommodation for the duration of the program
- Company and organisation visits
- Welcome and farewell functions
- Monash University Travel Insurance for the duration of the tour and 15 days either side of the study tour dates
The package DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Monash University tuition fees for 6 credit points of study. Please refer to the handbook (BEX3725/BEX5725) for tuition fee information
- Return international airfares
- Visa costs if required
- Airport transfers
- Accommodation not within the program dates
- Meals not outlined in the itinerary
- Other personal expenses
- Spending money
