Where to get help
You can make an in-person appointment on campus with one of our counsellors, or you can request a Telehealth (video) consultation.
If you're a Monash student, your appointment will be free.
Programs and resources
We also encourage you to take a few minutes to have a look at our wide range of mental health resources and programs which are available for everyone to use.
Mindfulness
Monash offers a range of mindfulness programs and resources, designed to reduce stress and anxiety, improve your academic performance, strengthen your relationships and improve overall wellbeing. For a full explanation of this beneficial practice and what's available, see Mindfulness.
