Timetables - Postgraduate and Juris Doctor

The Monash postgraduate law program uses different teaching periods, unit discontinuation dates, and penalty dates from the rest of the University. Students must be aware of their non-standard census dates for all of their enrolled units to avoid academic and financial penalties.

The Monash University Timetable can be used to search for class times and create a personalised timetable.

Juris Doctor and Masters Timetables

Please note the re-enrolment period for 2027 will commence for postgraduate law electives (except those located at Caulfield) from Monday 12th October to Friday 27th November 2026. Enrol during this re-enrolment period to avoid a late re-enrolment fee.

2027 Postgraduate Elective Timetable

The Juris Doctor compulsory unit timetable can be found within Class Timetable and Allocate+ on a trimester basis.

Allocate+ Dates for 2027 Juris Doctor Units

Allocate+ is used by students to allocate themselves into the streams of JD Core units. The preferences mode will allow students to input their preferences rather than allocating directly into a stream. Allocate+ will open at 10am unless otherwise stated.

Please note: JD students must submit their timetable preferences early for evening streams during the Allocate+ preference entry mode period for the relevant trimester.
