Google Chrome

  • Click the padlock icon in the URL bar
  • Change Camera permissions to Allowed (if not already)

macOS

  1. Click the Apple logo at the top left and select System Preferences
  2. Click Security & Privacy
  3. Select the Privacy tab
  4. Click Camera and select Google Chrome

Windows

  1. Click the Windows logo and then Settings
  2. Select Privacy
  3. Under App permissions, select Camera
  4. Click Change, then Allow (if not already on)
  5. Change status to On for Allow apps to access your camera
