The unit is a reading course that grounds you in contemporary debates on a range of social, political and media theory at an advanced level through a mixture of lecture inputs and seminars. You will acquire interdisciplinary skills in critically evaluating key theoretical debates and situating them in the context of your studies. You will explore the policy implications of the theories studied.
