This unit combines theory with practical outcomes to enhance your employability regardless of disciplinary field. Expert guidance in career planning will assist you in developing a roadmap identifying the skills and strategies needed to support your personal career goals. You will build understanding of the new world of work and the skills required for career resilience in the face of change. Key topics include personal meta skills, unique career drivers, goal clarification and development of a compelling career narrative in addition to effective networking and interview technique. The unit is especially suited to those who are in the earlier stages of their career development.
