Overview
This is an immersive capstone unit focused on international management and global career development. It integrates core business knowledge to address complex, location‑specific business challenges. You will engage with local industry partners, complete consulting and simulation projects, and build leadership, teamwork, and cross‑cultural communication capabilities. You will also explore global career pathways, including insights from Monash alumni working in the host location. You will return with enhanced global perspectives, industry insights, and a stronger sense of career direction in an interconnected world.

Workload
Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 144 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of scheduled learning activities and independent study. Independent study may include associated readings, assessment and preparation for scheduled activities. You are expected to complete all pre-class activities prior to your scheduled class, and post-class activities should be completed after your scheduled class. Learning activities may include a combination of teacher directed, peer directed and online engagement activities.
