Overview
This unit aims at upskilling the students in various field of the geosciences by combining two 3pts short-courses offered by VIEPS. Some of the courses have a large practical component while some are more theoretical. Some courses focus on developing technical skills related to a specific method.

Workload
These are subject to the course chosen refer to VIEPS website. Most short courses run over 5 full days + 2 days of independent study, mainly for reporting, for a total of 10 full days and 4 days of independent study.
