- demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing sophisticated career development counselling programmes, showcasing advanced skills in both individual and group counselling contexts
- identify and address specific issues related to career counselling with diverse or special populations, applying advanced career counselling techniques, strategies, and culturally responsive approaches to meet the unique needs of these groups.
Workload
Minimum total expected workload equals 144 hours per semester comprising: (a.)
