This unit focuses on field experience in the form of teaching. You will be required to complete the number of hours specified in the professional experience guide for this unit. Teaching will be carried out in a TESOL-related setting with the help of an experienced mentor and you will document and reflect upon your teaching. This documentation and reflection will serve as a basis for activities in EDF5698 Professional practice for teachers of TESOL B. Successful completion of six hours (or more) of teaching in a faculty-endorsed placement will be formally recognised.
