Overview

In this studio unit, you will extend your cybersecurity practice by moving from a small-team focus to effective collaboration across multiple teams and, where relevant, external partners or stakeholders. You will establish shared processes and communication norms for teamwork, project governance, and coordinated delivery of cybersecurity activities, including working agreements and quality expectations that enable consistent and aligned outcomes. You will engage with mentors and stakeholders on authentic and practical cybersecurity problems, learning how to gather feedback and translate it into actionable adjustments for your team’s workflows, priorities, and risk considerations. You will also use contemporary security tools and methods, practise professional and ethical ways of working, and produce concrete evidence of industry-aligned practice to carry into interviews and first roles. Throughout, you will build professional confidence in stakeholder engagement and responsible decision-making in the context of cybersecurity practice within real-world organisational environments.
