This unit explores the interactions between law and history. In this unit you will explore approaches to the study of law and history, and be asked to think critically about the law’s impact on history and history’s impact on law.

- Apply knowledge and understanding of issues and topics in law and history.
- Critically analyse and evaluate concepts in law and history, contextualised within a broad range of practice, policy and theoretical perspectives.
- Undertake research in order to analyse and synthesise information from a broad range of sources in response to issues relating to law and history.
- Demonstrate persuasive well-informed communication across a range of topics.
