Learning outcomes
- Demonstrate understanding of the selected key global issues in environment law and climate change;
- Analyse and evaluate selected key global issues in environment law and climate change from a range of practice, policy and theoretical perspectives;
- Conduct research, evaluate and synthesise complex information in order to respond to complex issues relating to selected key global issues in environment law and climate change;
- Communicate effectively, appropriately and persuasively in various forms.
Workload
Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 144 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of scheduled learning activities and independent study. The unit requires on average three/four hours of scheduled activities per week. Scheduled activities may include a combination of teacher directed learning, peer directed learning and online engagement.
