Learning outcomes
- Demonstrate understanding of the key principles and goals of succession law as a distinct legal discipline and area of practice.
- Critically analyse a range of sources in order to investigate and make informed commentary on key knowledge areas of succession law.
- Undertake relevant independent research to investigate, analyse and interpret information derived from a range of sources in order to make informed commentary on issues in succession law.
- Apply problem solving skills in order to make informed evaluations concerning complex areas of succession law and use these as a basis for providing clear and accurate written advice for clients.
- Communicate persuasively on a range of issues concerning succession law.
