Learning outcomes

1. Apply advanced knowledge and demonstrated understanding of legal principles governing advanced issues in corporations law.
2. Critically analyse and persuasively evaluate key concepts and policies in advanced issues in corporations law, contextualised within a broad range of practice, policy and theoretical perspectives.
3. Develop a detailed investigation, analysis and comprehensive evaluation in order to reflect on and respond to complex issues relating to corporations law.
4. Demonstrate engaging, detailed, and persuasive communication across a range of advanced topics in corporations law.

Workload
