Overview
Leadership is about making sense of complexity, enabling people to perform at their best, and creating the conditions for organisations to learn, innovate and adapt. In environments characterised by volatility, uncertainty and rapid technological change, effective leaders must be able to interpret data and intelligence, harness the capabilities of people and AI, and make informed decisions that create organisational value. In this unit, you will develop the leadership skills, mindsets and judgement required to lead strategically, build high-performing teams and drive organisational learning, innovation and change. Through authentic organisational challenges, you will apply leadership frameworks in your own professional context, strengthening your ability to evaluate strategic options, use organisational intelligence effectively and lead with confidence in complex and evolving environments.
