Overview

Every strategy ultimately succeeds or fails through execution. In this unit, you will develop the judgement needed to design, manage and continually improve the operational systems that create value for customers and deliver organisational performance. You will explore how organisations balance efficiency, quality, resilience and innovation while responding to changing customer expectations, global supply chains, technological disruption and operational risk. Working with authentic organisational challenges, you will apply operations and supply chain concepts to evaluate performance, improve organisational capability and respond to disruption. You will strengthen your ability to work effectively with operations specialists, critically evaluate operational data and AI-generated recommendations, and make informed decisions that balance operational, financial, strategic, customer and sustainability considerations.
