Overview

Competitive advantage is no longer something organisations achieve once, it is something they must continually create and renew. In this unit, you will develop the strategic judgement needed to interpret changing markets, technologies, customer expectations and global trends, identify emerging opportunities, and make decisions that position organisations for sustained success in an increasingly dynamic environment. Working with authentic organisational challenges, you will apply strategic frameworks to evaluate competitive environments, assess strategic options and respond confidently to disruption. You will strengthen your ability to scan the external environment, distinguish enduring trends from short-term noise, critically evaluate human and AI-generated strategic analyses, and make integrated decisions that create long-term value for organisations and their stakeholders.
