Overview
The Monash Executive Challenge is the culmination of your MBA journey, bringing together everything you have learned in an immersive, AI-enabled executive simulation. Working as part of an executive leadership team, you will put your knowledge into practice while experiencing the realities of executive leadership: making sense of incomplete information, balancing competing priorities, responding to continual change, making difficult decisions under pressure, and adapting as new challenges emerge. Delivered through a series of executive decision cycles, the simulation provides your team with executive briefings, organisational intelligence and evolving business challenges. Your decisions shape the future direction of the organisation, with each round generating new information, changing organisational conditions and fresh strategic choices. Drawing on financial, strategic, customer, operational, economic, leadership and analytical perspectives, you will continually refine your approach as the simulation unfolds.
