This is a practice-based business project unit for the students of the Master of Digital Business program. A business project may originate from large corporations, non-profit and government agencies, small businesses, or entrepreneurs in the area of marketing, competitive strategy, corporate finance, human resource or new venture development. After identifying a meaningful project related to a discipline (e.g. marketing, management, finance, international business or international management), you will work closely with an academic supervisor and a company staff member to implement the project. You will be guided through the processes of proposal preparation, data collection and analysis, project implementation, business planning and project reporting. The unit focuses on practical application of the knowledge and skills acquired in other units of the MIB program. You may work individually or in a team of two to three, on a significant business project related to a real business problem.
