This unit provides you with foundational skills in written and spoken communication for academic and business purposes. Emphasis is placed on expressing ideas clearly, using appropriate tone and structure, as well as understanding audience and context. You will engage in individual and group tasks to develop effective communication strategies, build intercultural awareness, and reflect on your own communication practices. The unit also introduces essential processes such as drafting, revising, and responding to feedback to support ongoing improvement.
