Overview

In this unit, you will learn about psychological theory relevant to the practice of occupational therapy, such as sensation and perception, cognition, emotion, personality, mental disorders, and social psychology. You will explore the application of these theories to occupational therapy practice through real world case studies. In this application, you will learn and apply strategies for effective teamwork, learning, and the communication of theories in different formats.
