Structure
You must complete 108 credit points from the Bachelor of Education (Honours) in Secondary Education including all of the requirements in Parts A, B, C, D and E and any special course requirements. Note: Students are also required to complete EDF1002 Preparing for the profession (0 credit points).
You must complete 96 credit points from the Bachelor of Science including all of the requirements in Parts A and B as described in the Bachelor of Science single degree. You must ensure that you complete: - 36 credit points of science listed units at Level 1, and - 60 credit points of science listed units at Levels 2 and 3, of which at least 24 credit points must be at Level 3. Note 1: In selecting your science studies, you must take note of the discipline areas available for teaching. You must qualify for two separate teaching discipline areas (https://www.monash.edu/education/students/courses/units/secondary-specialist-teaching-areas). Note 2: You must complete the mathematics and statistics unit requirement within the first 72 credit points of this double degree course. Note 3: Please note that extended majors are not available in this double degree.
