This unit develops your ability to create a blueprint that defines the IT structure and operation of business, maps the IT to the business processes, identifies gaps and potential innovations, and measures process improvements.

Learning outcomes
- Discuss the importance of aligning business processes with IT infrastructure
- Demonstrate skills in employing tools and techniques to map the IT to the business processes
- Undertake a critical analysis of the enterprise architecture for process redesign
- Measure process improvements for organisation and its business ecosystems
Workload
Minimum total expected workload to achieve the learning outcomes for this unit is 144 hours per semester typically comprising a mixture of scheduled online and face to face learning activities and independent study. Independent study may include associated reading and preparation for scheduled teaching activities.
