This unit aims to enable you to develop professional experience in industry-focused work environments. This unit is specifically designed to help you build transferable work skills, develop professional goals and expand their networking capacity. You will be placed with an industry partner for a six-month industry-based learning project, and complete university-assigned assessment tasks.

Learning outcomes

- Design and construct a professional portfolio to demonstrate the ability to come up with resources and solutions to challenges in the biotechnology industries.
- Appraise current trends in biotechnology to identify potential growth areas.
Workload
