The Master of Human Resource management is a forward focused and evidence-based engagement with HR’s role in the emerging environment characterised by change and uncertainty. With a focus on ‘the future of work’ and ‘the future of HRM’ you will learn about current views regarding the changing nature of HRM brought about by changes to the organisational and employment context. In addition to addressing contemporary challenges such as COVID, the Master of HRM delves deeply into workforce analytics and employee wellbeing, development and capabilities. The MHRM also provides students with opportunities to extend their professional development, broaden their knowledge with elective subjects, and apply their knowledge through industry projects.

Structure

- If you are admitted at entry Level 1 you complete 72 credit points, comprising of Part A, Part B and Part C - If you are admitted at entry Level 2 you complete 48 credit points, comprising of Part B and Part C.

You must complete 30 credit points, comprising: - MGO5992 and; - One or both of LEO5113 and LEO5114; and - Elective units totalling the remaining credit points required to complete 30 credit points. Electives may be selected from units offered across Monash Online programs, provided you meet the prerequisites and any unit enrolment restrictions.
